The following terms (“Terms of Use”) constitute an agreement between Expat Life Ghana LLC d/b/a Expat Life Ghana, d/b/a Expat Life Tours, d/b/a ELG Tours, and d/b/a Nooked (“Company”), and you that governs your use of this website and all of its associated services, content, and functionality. This policy applies to the websites administered by Company (“Website”), located at https://expatlifeghana.com/ and https://nooked.net.

Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, the following Terms of Use. The Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The place of arbitration shall be in or near Houston, Texas.

12. Use of Video and Audio Recordings

Office hours, Q&As, webinars, and trainings may be recorded for future business and promotional use. By attending a recorded event, you consent to the use of your contributed content and likeness. If you wish to opt-out of recordings being used in paid products, please email [email protected].

13. Community Access (Private Groups)

Access to private Facebook groups (“Private Groups”) is provided solely as a free bonus for certain services. Company does not endorse information shared by community members and is not liable for interactions between participants. Access may be revoked or the group closed at any time without constituting grounds for a refund.

14. Disclosure Policy
