1. Service Provider Status: By booking this package, you acknowledge that Expat Life Ghana is a relocation consultancy and lifestyle management service, not a licensed travel agency or tour operator. We facilitate connections with third-party vendors (drivers, realtors, hotels) on your behalf. While we vet our partners extensively, we are not liable for their independent actions, delays, or service failures.
2. The “Ghana Reality” Clause: You understand that moving to or visiting West Africa involves infrastructure challenges (traffic, utility outages, bureaucratic delays) beyond our control. Our itineraries are strategic plans, not rigid schedules. We reserve the right to adjust daily activities based on real-time conditions to ensure your safety and success.
3. Scope of “Soft Landing” Support: Our services regarding ID cards, bank accounts, and SIMs are facilitation services. We guide you through the process using our expertise and contacts. However, final approval for any government ID, bank account, or residency permit rests solely with the respective Ghanaian authorities. We cannot guarantee government outcomes, only the correct submission of your application.
4. Accommodation & Conduct: The Lodge is a private guest house designed for community and rest. We maintain a strict policy of respect for staff and fellow guests. Aggressive behavior or solicitation will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your dates and our team’s time, your tour price includes a $250 nonrefundable deposit.
